關於聯會 About SCCCA

『雪梨華人基督教聯會』原名『華宣會』，成立於一九七五年。本會於二零零三年正式改名為『雪梨華人基督教聯會』Sydney Chinese Christian Churches Association〔簡稱『華聯會』〕。 本會為澳洲雪梨〔悉尼〕眾華人基督教會的聯合機構，是雪梨最有代表性的華人教會組織，擁有最多的會員堂和機構會員，並具有最悠久的歷史傳承。 本會同時為世界華福中心所信託， 成為『華福澳洲紐省區委會』。 本會旨在

  1. 鼓吹、推動及支持向澳洲及海外華人傳福音 To encourage, promote and support the proclamation of the Gospel among the Chinese in Australia and overseas.
  2. 聯繫雪梨眾華人教會，策劃和帶動聯合事工和活動，以滿足雪梨華人的身、心、靈需要 To liaise, cooperate and coordinate with Chinese churches in Sydney in joint activities and projects to meet the physical, social, and spiritual needs of people.
  3. 凡機構的宗旨為聯會所認可，又參與聯會事工的，聯會將與之合作 To cooperate with Christian organisations, whose objects are recognised by SCCCA and take part in their ministries jointly.
  4. 在眾華人教會中鼓吹合一和互助 To encourage and promote unity and mutual assistance-among Chinese churches.
  5. 就以上宗旨內容有關的事宜，向政府和其他機構溝通 To communicate with government authorities or other organisations on matters relating to the above mentioned Objects of SCCCA.
